Examination was thorough and quick. End staff was great.
Only this needing improvement is waiting times, if possible. Though it is setting better.

From booking to the end of the colonoscopy, I was very well looked after, and with dignity.
The booking team were accommodating to my needs.
The endoscopy waiting area was pleasant and comfortable.
The pre-checks (prior to the colonoscopy) were very thorough and the staff explained things very well.
The procedure a self was informative and conducted in the utmost professional manner.
